Labour List MP Charles Chauvel gave up his day to help Supergrans Aotearoa as part of volunteer awareness week.

The 2010 theme for the week was ‘Volunteering across the generations’, encouraging people from all age groups to participate as part of a vibrant community. Charles spent the day at the Supergrans’ Wellington office.

Chauvel also joined fellow MPs Grant Robertson and Annette King in thanking the work of volunteer organisations last week at the “Beat the Winter Blues” function.
