Charles Chauvel, Labour List MP based in Ohariu continued his visits in the Ohariu electorate, starting the day at Johnsonville West Kindergarten
Chauvel then visited West Park School for a tour of the schools work on sustainability, including their vegetable gardens and compost. The school recently conducted a Waste Audit and with the help of local volunteers have started to look at how to be even more environmentally sustainable.

Chauvel finished the day with a visit to Paparangi School.
