Karori Sanctuary Street Appeal
Volunteers took part in the annual appeal, collecting for vital conservation and ecological restoration work at the world-first wildlife safe haven, which costs over $2 million a year to run.
As a member of the Karori Wildlife Sanctuary, Charles said “it is encouraging to know that our contributions help to rebuild endangered native wildlife populations. It is imperative that future generations understand our natural environment, and the work of the Karori Sanctuary will facilitate that.”
