This is a Rare Antique Early 1900's Pilling and Son Stethoscope P8830 and Accessories in Wood Dovetail Box made in Philadelphia. A Rare Complete Stethoscope set with all accessories in an Original Dovetail Box. A great collectible for Doctor's, Nurses or Medical Students, etc. The box measures approx. 11 X 7 X 1 3/4 inches.
